I’ve heard the pain from both sides. Recruiters drowning in what one called a sea of slop, unable to tell who was actually real. Candidates doing everything “right” and still vanishing into the sameness. Employers seeing candidates who can’t walk the talk failing at the 1st interview. Frustration. Everywhere.

And it hit me – the tools sold to help people get hired are quietly erasing the one thing that actually gets them hired. Their voice.

I realised that across years of contracting, founding, and pitching myself, I’d built a workflow. Not a template, a process.
